MaySpace is the leading training and testing organization in Vietnam for Music in general and Piano in particular. We have a team of lecturers with a high level of pedagogy and expertise. In addition, MaySpace has experience in organizing a lot of exams and performing arts in both domestic and international. After 5 years of operation, MaySpace has received many positive reviews from parents and students. Many students of MaySpace have achieved high results in domestic and international exams.

Realizing that the demand for performing and attending standard exams of students in Vietnam is enormous, MaySpace Music Academy cooperates with prestigious music testing partners in Vietnam and partners. Other international hosts the 2019 International Festival program with the name: Rising Star International Arts Festival & Competition

We propose the following form of cooperation:

1. Other activities (fee for these programs will accounted depending on the program of choice)
2. Visiting arts and crafts villages, learn about traditional Vietnamese instruments
3. Experience the traditional musical art “Cheo” with Vietnamese musicians
4. Gala Concert and Closing Ceremony

1. Attendance fee

Attendance fee: $130 for all classes and every category, which includes

• Competition fee
• Application fee
• Fee for other activities outside of the Festival (section 5)
  • Arts and crafts village’s entrance fee
  • Traditional musical art “Cheo” experience’s fee
• Gala Closing night and concert attendance fee

1. Communication plan

1. The press release provides basic information about the program. The units of education newspaper, family, columnist of prestigious newspapers (hiring reporters to report)
2. Build a website (landingpage) to introduce the program (including content, test tables, test groups, exam fees, judges, benefits, certification from the competition) Adding an online registration tool to help convenient candidates in the registration)
3. Building a separate Fanpage of the program for advertising purposes, widely introducing the exam program.
4. Support and care during the program (Call center + private hotline, counter staff …)
5. Collaborate with prestigious units in promoting and introducing the competition (Vietnam National Academy of Music, Youth Union, clubs, art training centers across the country)
6. Send dispatch, invitation to cooperation to the testing organization units, teachers in the art field to introduce and provide a full and objective program

2. The International Music Competition for Children organized by MaySpace will give contestants the opportunity to express themselves, verify the quality of learning through the exam with a jury of international and Vietnamese senior experts.
